Welcome to the Chilled Ponds Ice Sports Complex, Hampton Road's premier sports facility. Our 90,000 square-foot footprint consists of (2) NHL skating rinks creating the ultimate regional sports destination for players of all ages.  Chilled Ponds offers public skating sessions, birthday parties, learn to skate programs, adult hockey and youth hockey leagues. 

Chilled Ponds is complimented by Whale Tale Grill & Bon Secours InMotion Physical Therapy & Sports Performance Center.

We are proud to provide the Hampton Roads community the opportunity to train, skate and chill at our elite skating complex. Chilled Ponds is host to Whaler Nation Youth and Junior Hockey teams for players 6-20 years of age who compete throughout the United States and Canada. Additionally, we are the official practice facility for the Norfolk Admirals (ECHL). At the Adult hockey level, we offer our renowned Ponds Adult Hockey League (PAH) which consists of four levels of play for a fun and competitive structure year-around. Chilled Ponds features a world class Learn to Skate/Figure skating instructional team for all skaters ranging from beginners to high caliber skaters.
