With the exciting acquisition of the Hampton Roads Iceplex, now Chilled Ponds at Yorktown, we are thrilled to announce some exciting renovations that will be occurring to the facility that will improve the facility and experience for our customers.

New LED lighting will be going into the rink along with a new ceiling to brighten the arena up.  We will be renovating the entryway and renovating lobby to bring in natural lighting.

We will expanded spectator seating options both in the lobby and in the arena to create new viewing options in the rink.

A new bar and grill will be built with a outdoor patio overlooking the lake out back with improved food and drink options for our customers.  

Construction will start April 6th with the new lighting and ceiling and continue progressively throughout the spring and summer without hampering spring and summer programming.
